Terms and Conditions

ALL order are shipped out every Monday, this means that we get your order after Monday, your order will be shipped the following Monday. EXAMPLE: If you place an order on a Wednesday, your order will be shipped out the following Monday. So orders may take between 5-14 days. 

NOTE: All orders are all dry goods, and livestock...fish, aquatic plants, plants, corals, etc.

All items marked with an * may take 3-6 weeks for delivery.

All items marked with ** are special orders.

All items marked with *** are special orders and may take 3-6 weeks for delivery

These terms and conditions allow us to protect our customers, manufacturers and our selves as a business:

• We open all products and inspect them before they leave our warehouse with the exception that they are shrink wrapped or any other type of wrap.
• ALL SALES of dry goods are FINAL!!!
